## Withdrawal period

You have 14 days after receipt to notify us of your wish to return an item.

## Return conditions

- The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will provide you with return instructions.

## Refund

Once the package is received and checked, we will refund you within 7 working days via the initial payment method.

## Non-returnable products

Personalized or promotional products cannot be refunded, except in the event of a defect.
